Beta Access Terms

1. Purpose of assessment. This beta assessment is intended to support early-stage technical decision-making before pilot validation or commercial implementation.
2. Technical hypothesis only. The report provides a technical hypothesis based on the information submitted and does not replace physical testing, material trials, or specialist engineering validation.
3. No certification or guarantee. The beta report does not constitute material certification, regulatory approval, equipment approval, production guarantee, legal advice, or a guarantee of commercial performance.
4. No confidential formulation required. Users should not submit proprietary recipes, confidential formulations, or detailed production know-how at this pre-payment stage.
5. Use of submitted information. Information submitted on this page is used to understand the user profile, intended use, assessment workflow, report generation needs, and related follow-up communication.
6. Payment and delivery. After payment, a secure assessment form link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder, and add FairVia™ emails to your safe sender list if necessary.
7. Beta feedback. Because this is a beta-stage assessment, FairVia™ may request feedback to improve the report structure, diagnostic logic, and user workflow.
8. Limitation of responsibility. Final implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the user and should be supported by physical trials, supplier documentation, and qualified technical review.
